The county's current schedule lists $0.15 per printed or copied page, $0.10 per scanned page, $0.05 for each four electronic files, and $0.10 per GB, with a possible deposit of up to 10 percent. RCW 42.56.520 requires an initial response within five business days, not production of every requested record in that period.

Choose the Right Official Channel

Use the source that matches the record type and custody stage. A court clerk controls court documents, rather than the county public-records office.

The checked county roster, bookings, and releases views do not show booking photographs. A request for an existing county record is reviewed under the applicable law. RCW 70.48.100 makes the jail register public but protects confined-person jail records with confidentiality rules.
